What to expect?
- The initial visit is important to understand what is going on with each patient and lasts around 60 – 90 minutes
- There are some forms to fill out beforehand. You may fill them out earlier by downloading them HERE. Please be aware that it takes about 30 minutes to fill them out. So please arrive at least 30 minutes early if you are not able to do them in advance
- Your first visit includes: A thorough history, physical exam and individual treatment
- Additional visits are usually 30 – 45 minutes depending on your individualized plan
