Dr. Greg is accepting appointments with new and existing patients, and is able to perform IV’s, injections and acupuncture.
Due to the risk that surrounds the Covid-19 pandemic, the following changes have been implemented to provide the safe treatment of patients and staff.
Doctor, Staff and Clinic Requirements
- Doctors and staff are required to wear a face mask or face shield
- Doctors will be resuming all in-person treatments (ie. Intravenous Therapy (IVs), Injections, Acupuncture)
- Reception staff are once again working to ensure everyone’s safety
- Increased time between appointments to allow for appropriate sanitization;
- Strong guidelines from the Government and the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta for cleaning and disinfecting practices will be adhered to;
- Public washrooms are now available for patient use; and
- To limit contact, mugs/cups, water dispensers, hot water and children’s toys in the common areas have been removed;
All detailed invoices will be emailed to you unless you request a paper copy.
Patient Expectations
- Only come to your appointment if you are symptom free;
- Patients are required to wear a mask before entering the clinic. If you do not have one of these, you can ask the front staff for one at no charge. If you do not have one for your appointment, your appointment may be rebooked;
- Patients will be required to wear a mask for the entire duration of the appointment;
- Hand washing/sanitizing is required at entry and departure of the clinic;
- Covid-19 screening will be done before each patient enters the clinic. This will include a questionnaire and may include a temperature reading. You may be asked to rebook your appointment based on the readings and results;
- We request you arrive on time for your appointments. If you are early, we ask that you wait in your vehicle. This will decrease traffic in our waiting area;
- If you are late for your appointment you may not be seen. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged and your appointment will be rescheduled. This will allow us to stay on schedule for other appointments including screening time, and increased sanitization;
- You are asked to arrive alone to your sessions. If mobility is an issue, you can bring someone to assist you. If you need assistance from staff upon arrival, please let us know ahead of time. Appointments for a minor requires a parent or guardian;
- Please bring your own drinks to your appointment;
- Please bring appropriate clothing and do your best to limit the number of items you bring into the clinic; and
- If you are in need of supplement refills, please let a staff member know ahead of your appointment time or while you are in a treatment room as we are limiting traffic in the hallways and at reception. We will continue to make arrangements for patients who need supplement refills who do not have in-person appointments.
As a reminder, please do not visit the clinic if you have any of the following symptoms which are new or worsened if associated with allergies, chronic or pre-existing conditions within the last 14 days:
- Fever
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Dyspnea or additional respiratory symptoms
- Myalgia or fatigue
- Traveled outside of the country in the last 14 days
- Had a confirmed exposure to someone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past 14 days
We want to thank our patients and staff for doing their best to overcome these challenges with Covid-19
